Witness: P.B. AND SISTER

In mid-late Jan, 1993, along Hwy 121 heading towards Mayfield KY on a very clear, cold night, witness P.B. and her sister were coming out of Wickliffe, KY, into the Bottoms area of Ballard, Co., KY, about 20 miles from Mayfield, or Wickliffe. There are deep forests and fields on both sides of the road here. At about 2:30 AM, they noticed a large object on the side of the road. When the headlights hit the object they saw an 8 foot tall creature on the passenger side as they passed some 2-3 feet away. The large man-like creature had long, shiny, dark hair covering its whole body. There was a very distinctive muscle tone in the arms and legs, and it appeared very strong. The face had human features, especially the eyes, which were not like any animal eyes either of the women had ever seen before. Its upper torso rose well above the top of the Ford Escort,and it was standing half in a ditch, half on the road, as if trying to cross. It stared at the two witnesses, the eyes following them as they passed. They still talk about the frightening experience to this day, but not usually to anyone other than close family and friends.
